Ingredients

雞翅 (8 wings)
水煮蛋 (依個人喜好1~2根)

Instructions

  1. 擦去雞翅多餘的水分。將甜椒辣切成約5mm寬的細條。
  2. 將帶皮的生薑切成薄片。將大蒜稍微壓碎。
  3. 將<調味料> 和[2]放入不銹鋼或樹脂加工的鍋中煮沸。
  4. 煮沸後,加入[1]的雞翅和去殼的水煮蛋,蓋上鍋蓋,用中火燉約20分鐘。
  5. 當雞翅煮熟時,將甜椒放入[4]中,蓋上鍋蓋,稍微煮約1分鐘以保留甜椒清脆的口感。
