柳橙 ( 1個 )
藍莓 ( 20粒 )
薄荷 ( 適量 )
穀物醋 ( 2大匙 )
蜂蜜 ( 2大匙 )
水 ( 450ml )

Instructions

  1. 把「穀物酢」、蜂蜜、水倒入玻璃杯內,充分攪拌均勻。
  2. 把去皮的柳橙圓切片、藍莓、適量薄荷放入[1]中、放置冰箱冷藏3~4小時。
