Instructions
- 雞腿肉的脂肪和皮去除,切成3公分易於食用的大小,然後加入<A>揉醃。 (大概醃約30分鐘)
- 將麵粉和太白粉混合成炸粉,將①用紙巾稍微吸去表面水分後,將雞肉均勻沾上炸粉 ,用中溫的油溫油炸直至肉的中心都熟透。
- 拿個小鍋, 倒入混合好的<B>,開小火加熱至湯汁濃稠,加入②迅速拌炒讓湯汁裹附在炸雞上, 最後灑上白芝麻後盛入盤內。
