生鮭魚(切片)3片
鹽(少許)
麵粉(適量)
沙拉油 2小匙
洋蔥 1/4個
紅椒(少許)
黃椒(少許)
小黃瓜 1/3根

蘋果醋 3大匙
醬油 1/2~1大匙
砂糖 3大匙
鹽 1/4小匙
Instructions
- 生鮭魚切成好入口大小。(帶皮的話,需去皮去骨)再裹上鹽和麵粉。
- 洋蔥切末,快速過水後瀝乾。 紅椒、黃椒和黃瓜切成5mm左右大小的方塊。
- 平底鍋中加入沙拉油,將①煎熟後趁熱加入混合均勻好的<A>。
- 最後用平底鍋上的剩餘的油,將②的洋蔥和紅/黃椒快速炒熟,最後加入黃瓜一起炒一下。靜置一下讓湯汁入味後盛裝入盤內。 (放入冰箱隔天再吃也很美味)
