Ingredients

米 3杯
叉燒肉 100g
雞蛋 3顆
長蔥 1根
薑 1/2片
麻油 2大匙
味滋康 鰹魚調味露二倍 3/4杯
蔥 (切成蔥花) 適量
粗粒黑胡椒 適量

Instructions

  1. 先將米洗好並瀝乾水分。蔥切成碎末狀。薑磨成薑泥。
  2. 叉燒肉切成約1cm大小塊狀。
  3. 在電鍋內放入[1]、並加入「鰹魚調味露二倍」、麻油後,將水加到刻度3的位置後把鍋中醬料與米拌勻。上撒切好的叉燒肉塊和米飯一起蒸煮。
  4. 等到飯煮好之後,立即開蓋倒入打好的蛋液,蓋上鍋蓋悶大約5分鐘左右。開蓋將蛋跟和米飯拌勻。
  5. 將[4]盛入盤內,依個人喜好撒上適量蔥花及黑胡椒粒後享用。
