Ingredients

牛肉 壽喜燒用 200g
燒豆腐 1/2丁
大蔥 1本
香菇 4個
茼蒿 1/2束
車麩(麵筋) 2枚
葛切 1/2袋
蛋 2個
烏龍麵 (冷凍) 1/2玉
<調味料>
味滋康 鰹魚調味露 1/2杯

Instructions

  1. 牛肉片夠大的話,可以切成2-3等分,裝盤放置。
  2. 燒豆腐8塊、大蔥斜切成段、舞菇分小束。茼蒿切成容易入口的長短。
  3. [熱鍋後去油、放入牛肉。倒入「鰹魚調味露」、再加入豆腐、香菇(或者舞菇)、大蔥、葛切(或者蒟蒻絲)等食材。
  4. 煮熟後,牛肉搭配攪散的蛋液享用。剩下的鍋底再放入烏龍麵享用。
