Ingredients
醋飯 1杯(250g)
鮭魚子 3大匙
鮪魚(生魚片用)2片
紅蘿蔔 1根
炒蛋 1顆蛋
小番茄 1個
嫩葉生菜 (適量)
塩 (適量)
Instructions
- 把醋飯包入保鮮膜後壓成直徑13cm左右的圓形,最後把表面壓平整後放入盤內。
- 把鮭魚切成1cm左右的正方形。把小番茄切成薄片。
- 紅蘿蔔削成薄片,並準備10片左右。撒上鹽後放入600W的微波爐加熱30秒後放冷。冷ㄡˋ卻後切半,約1cm左右。
- 用紅蘿蔔片在①的中間圍出一個圓圈圈,裡面倒入鮭魚子。並將剩餘的紅蘿蔔片捲起來均等間距地裝飾, 在紅蘿蔔片間塞滿捲好的鮭魚片, 並在最外圈撒上炒蛋作點綴。飯的下方灑上剩餘的炒蛋裝飾。
- 繞著在飯下方散落的炒蛋,撒上小番茄片與嫩葉生菜裝飾。
※用紅蘿蔔片刀切入端的那頭插入壽司飯,會比較好固定於壽司飯上。
