Ingredients

沙朗牛 200g
鹽・胡椒 適量
橄欖油 12g
大蒜 (薄片) 3g
生海膽 40g
柚子醋醬汁 調味用晶凍 50g
芽蔥  1g
小番茄 15g
水芹 10g

Instructions

  1. 在沙郎牛上撒鹽和胡椒。將橄欖油放入煎鍋中、用小火烤大蒜、取出一次。用中火烤牛肉、做成半熟、切成容易吃的大小。
  2. ①裝盤、放上生海膽、再添上“柚子醋醬汁 調味用晶凍”。撒上切成小塊的芽蔥、裝飾成梳子的小番茄、水芹。
