Ingredients

壽司飯 (1合)
蝦子 (8尾)
 
<合醋>
米醋 (6大匙)
砂糖 (2大匙)
鹽 (少量)
穀物醋 (少量)
木芽 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 去除蝦背的腸砂,用醋(份量外)水煮的川燙。剝殼後切半浸泡<合醋>15分鐘。
  2. 摻開保鮮膜,握成一口大小之壽司飯與①的蝦子放上,使用保鮮膜捏成團。
  3. 將飯糰盛盤,把木芽放上即可。
