Ingredients

白飯 (丼 2碗份)
雞腿肉 (1 片)
洋蔥 (1 個)
蛋 (6 個)
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1/2 杯)
水 (1 杯)
香菜或蔥花 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉切成一口大小,洋蔥切成薄片。
  2. 平底鍋裡放入[1]與鰹魚調味露和水後開火加熱。
  3. 放入攪拌後的蛋汁,加熱至半熟。
  4. 白飯盛入丼碗,把[3]約 1/4的量慢慢地分次倒入碗內,最後放上香菜或蔥花做裝飾。
