Ingredients

牛肉 (壽喜燒用) (200g)
烤豆腐 (1/2塊)
蔥 (1根)
香菇 (4個)
山茼蒿 (1/2把)
車麩 (2片)
葛粉條 (1/2包)
蛋 (2個)
烏龍麵(冷凍) (1/2丸)
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1/2杯)

Instructions

  1. 牛肉切2~3大塊盛盤。
  2. 燒豆腐切8塊、蔥切斜段、香菇分一朵朵。山茼蒿切成好入口的長度。
  3. 熱鍋後抹上層油,放入牛肉。倒入「鰹魚調味露兩倍」,再加入豆腐、香菇、長蔥、葛粉條等料。
  4. 料煮熟後即可食用!牛肉可以沾蛋液吃,最後的湯底可以加入烏龍麵。
