Ingredients

牛肉(牛排用) (400G)
 
<搭配喜歡菜餚>
馬鈴薯 (2個)
沙拉菜 (4片)
小蘿蔔 (4個)
味淋風調味料本照 (2大匙)
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1/2 杯)
山葵 (適量)
沙拉油 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 牛肉放於常溫。切成丁塊狀2公分大小
  2. 鍋裡加沙拉油,煎[1]。
  3. 肉有變熟後取出肉塊,放入味滋康 味淋與味滋康資優鮮露小滾。滾到湯汁剩1/2時,再加入牛肉塊。
  4. 最後加上山葵。
  5. 盛盤時加入自己所喜歡的炸薯、沙拉菜、小蘿蔔即可。
  6. ※如加上山葵會更好吃
