Ingredients

絞肉 (200g)
洋蔥 (1/4個)
奶油 (5g)
麵包粉 (2大匙)
鮮奶 (1大匙)
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1大匙)
胡椒 (少量)
沙拉油 (適量)
 
<調味料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (3大匙)
味淋風調味料本照 (3大匙)
太白粉 (1小匙)
 
麵包 (4個)
萵苣 (1片)
番茄 (1/2個)
 
美乃滋 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 洋蔥切成細末加入奶油放入微波盧2分鐘,加熱後冷卻。
  2. 在絞肉裡加[1]、麵包粉、鮮奶、Mizkan™鰹魚滋優鮮露2倍、胡椒粉攪拌。
  3. 平底鍋裡放入沙拉油,揉成薄薄圓圓的絞肉放入平底鍋煎,兩面都煎好時,把攪拌好,淋在肉上。
  4. 把麵包切成一半,放萵苣與番茄,在這上面放[3],再加上美乃滋。
