Instructions
- 先將鯖魚用紙巾瀝乾,再將半片的鯖魚切成兩半,生薑連皮切成薄片。
- 將〈調味料〉和薑放入鍋中燉煮。
- 加入鯖魚燉煮,並蓋上鍋蓋,用中火煮約7~8分鐘左右,即可食用。
