茄子 4~6條
<調味料>
味滋康 鰹魚調味露二倍 3大匙
味滋康 穀物醋 1大匙
大蒜 (切碎) 1/2
生薑 1/3片
細蔥(切蔥花) 1/4條
一味辣椒粉 少一點
油炸油 適量

Instructions

  1. <調味料>的材料拌勻做成調味醬汁
  2. 茄子切成好入大小,用油直接炸熟
  3. 盛裝入盤後,把①用繞圈的方式淋上
