Ingredients

高麗菜 (100g (3mm隨意切片))
鴻喜菇 (100g)
芹菜 (適量)
無鹽奶油 (20g)
蘋果醋 (4大匙)
清燉肉湯(固型) (4g)
蜂蜜 (2小匙)
番茄醬 (6大匙)
鹽 (1.5g)
胡椒 (少量)
水 (4杯)

Instructions

  1. 鍋裡放入無鹽奶油加熱,以小火拌炒高麗菜與秀珍菇後取出。
  2. 使用[1]的鍋子烹煮蘋果醋再加水,水滾後加入清燉肉湯(固形),接著加[1]。
  3. 用鹽、胡椒、番茄醬、蜂蜜調味,盛盤後加芹菜即可享用。
