Ingredients

小黃瓜 16g
胡蘿蔔 16g
洋蔥 23.5g
紅甜椒/ 黄甜椒 各約1/8個,
<調味液>
味滋康 穀物醋 25ml
水 25ml
砂糖 22.5g
鹽3g

Instructions

  1. 小黃瓜切成4cm長再直切成4等分, 胡蘿蔔切成
  2. 短條狀, 洋蔥、甜椒切成5mm寬條狀。
  3. 將<調味液>充分混合並溶解。
  4. 把封口封緊, 充分揉拌後靜置30分醃漬。
