Ingredients

義大利麵 (200g)
維也納香腸 (4條)
洋蔥 (1/2個)
青椒 (2個)
沙拉油 (1大匙)
 
<調味料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (6大匙)
番茄醬 (6大匙)

Instructions

  1. 香腸切斜片。洋蔥切5mm左右薄片。青椒先對切,取出籽後切5mm左右薄片。
  2. 水滾後放入麵條,照包裝上指示的時間煮熟後撈出
  3. 平底鍋熱鍋後放入沙拉油,再倒入麵、香腸、洋蔥及青椒和調味料拌炒。
