Ingredients

山藥 (1/2 根)
培根 (5 片)
萬能蔥 (適量)
 
<沙拉醬調味料>
米醋 (4大匙)
沙拉油 (4大匙)
醬油 (2大匙)
砂糖 (1又1/2小匙)
芥末 (2小匙)
胡椒 (少量)

Instructions

  1. 山藥剝皮時剝厚一點,切成4公分厚度輪狀。
  2. 醋水(份量外)水煮約10分鐘,用竹串輕輕穿得過去就可以取出。
  3. 培根切成長方型,煎至表面金黃色為止。
  4. 將[2]和[3]盛盤,淋上<調味料>。
  5. 灑上已切好的萬能蔥即可。
