紅蘿蔔 1根(約150g)
橄欖油 1/2大匙
<調味料>
味滋康 穀物醋 3大匙
糖 2大匙
鹽 1/2小匙
羅勒 (乾燥) 喜歡在使用

Instructions

  1. 紅蘿蔔切成細絲。
  2. 用夾鏈袋或大碗裡放入①和橄欖油及拌勻的<調味料>,浸泡30分鐘左右
  3. 盛裝入盤,依個人喜好可灑些羅勒調味
