生鮭魚 2片
獅子唐辛子 6根
蔥 1根
沙拉油 (適量)
鰹魚醬油(鰹魚節)二倍 3大匙

Instructions

  1. 平底鍋裡倒入少許沙拉油加熱,把鯖魚兩面煎至黃金色。
  2. 接著放入切成5公分長的蔥白和獅子唐辛子一起煎。
  3. 鯖魚熟後轉小火,淋入味滋康滋優鮮露鰹魚2倍。
  4. 烹煮至表面光澤即可。
