Ingredients

豬里肌肉 炸豬排用 (200g)
醬油 (1小匙)
米酒 (1小匙)
太白粉 (1大匙)
洋蔥 (1/2個)
紅蘿蔔 (1/4根)
青椒 (2個)
沙拉油 (適量)
 
<糖醋芡汁>
穀物醋 (2大匙)
醬油 (2大匙)
砂糖 (2大匙)
水 (1/2杯)
太白粉 (1小匙)
芝麻油 (1小匙)

Instructions

  1. 洋蔥切成一口大小,紅蘿蔔縱切成半後再斜切薄片,青椒切滾刀塊。
  2. 豬里肌肉切成一口大小,用醬油和米酒調味。再沾裹太白粉備用。
  3. 平底鍋中加入稍多量的沙拉油後,開火將②半煎炸。等到豬里肌肉熟透後,在鍋裡面加①一同拌炒。
  4. 用紙巾擦掉多餘的油份,加<糖醋芡汁>拌炒至湯汁變濃稠即可。
