Ingredients

草莓果醬的草莓 ( 2顆 )
氣泡水(無糖) ( 200ml )
穀物醋 ( 2大匙 )
薄荷 ( 少量 )

Instructions

  1. 在罐子中倒入草莓醬(作法如下)、氣泡水跟味滋康「穀物酢」。
  2. 再放入草莓果醬的草莓2顆、最後用薄荷葉裝飾就大功告成了~

      <簡單動手製做草莓果醬>
      1. 在不鏽鋼或不沾鍋材質的小鍋內放入去除蒂頭的草莓(280g)、砂糖(40g)、味滋康「穀物酢」(3大匙),鍋上蓋一張廚房紙巾當蓋子,轉小火煮5分鐘就可以囉!
      2. 接著把草莓與醬分開,把需要用到的醬持續煮到收汁黏稠狀後,放入冰箱冷藏。取出的草莓也放入冰箱冷藏。
