穀物醋 (少量)
木芽 (適量)
Instructions
- 去除蝦背的腸砂,用醋(份量外)水煮的川燙。剝殼後切半浸泡<合醋>15分鐘。
- 摻開保鮮膜,握成一口大小之壽司飯與①的蝦子放上,使用保鮮膜捏成團。
- 將飯糰盛盤,把木芽放上即可。
