酥脆豬肉茄子泡菜麵線

Ingredients

麵線(乾) (3把)
豬五花肉片 (250g)
茄子 (1根)
蘆筍 (2根)
泡菜 (100g)
白芝麻 (適量)
 
<淋醬>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1/2杯)
水 (1/2杯)
 
或著
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1杯)

Instructions

  1. 把豬肉片跟泡菜切成好入口的大小。茄子長度切一半後,橫切成8等分,放入熱水中燙熟。蘆筍根部較硬的地方削皮後,整根斜切。<醬料>混合均勻放一旁備用。
  2. 拿出平底鍋,把豬肉片炒至酥脆,再依序加入煮熟的茄子、蘆筍後拌炒至熟透,最後加入泡菜持續翻炒。
  3. 滾水中放入麵線,麵煮好後置於冷水中冷卻,即可盛盤。
  4. 在[3]的上面放上[2]、接著撒點白芝麻裝飾,最後淋上<淋醬>即大功告成。
