牛肉 切薄片 (250g)
蔥 (1根)
韭菜 (1/4根)
蒜頭(薄切) (1片)
沙拉油 (1大匙)
溫泉蛋 (2個)
<調味料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1杯)
水 (1/2杯)
Instructions
- 在平底鍋內放入豬牛混合絞肉、蒜末與薑末後拌炒熟後備用。烏龍麵依麵條包裝說明時間煮熟撈起。
- 在鍋子內倒入牛奶、「鰹魚調味露2倍」,開火煮至湯汁稍微沸騰後,加入芝麻碎攪拌均勻並熄火。
- 在容器內倒入烏龍麵,裝入[2]的湯汁。最後放上[1]的絞肉,撒上蔥花與淋一圈辣油即大功告成!
※「鰹魚調味露二倍」與牛奶請以5倍(1:4)比例稀釋。
※若過於沸騰的話牛奶會凝固,因此在火侯的控制上要注意。
