Mizkan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following social media policy for the operation of its official social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "official accounts") and will adhere to this policy.

Guidelines for Participating in Social Media

  1. We will use our official social media accounts in order to make people more familiar with “Mizkan” and to deepen mutual understanding.

  1. The information shared through our official accounts does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. For official statements and announcements, please refer to our website and press releases.

  2. The information shared through our official accounts is accurate at the time of posting and may be subject to change thereafter.

  3. The content and manner of interaction (such as whether we respond to comments or direct messages, response times, and methods) may vary depending on each official account. For inquiries and feedback regarding the Company or our products, please use the "Contact Us" page.

  4. Our official accounts may be partially or fully terminated or suspended without prior notice.

Disclaimer

  1. The Company shall not be liable for the accuracy, completeness, certainty, or usefulness of information and content (including comments, photos, videos, etc., hereinafter referred to as “Information, etc.”) posted on each official account operated by the Company, unless the Company is willful or negligent in doing so.

  2. The Company does not endorse the content of any postings of Information, etc. by users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred in connection with such postings, unless such damages are caused by the Company's willful misconduct or negligence.

  3. The Company shall not be liable for any falsification, processing, excerpting, reproduction, etc. of information, etc. posted by users to the Company's official accounts by third parties after posting, unless such falsification, processing, excerpting, reproduction, etc. is done intentionally or through negligence on the part of the Company.

  5. The Company's official accounts are operated by the systems of the social media operators. We cannot answer any questions regarding the operation of those systems. We are also unable to answer any questions regarding the functions of each social media service, software or applications provided by each company or third party, how to use them, or any technical questions.

When the Company acquires and uses personal information from users, it will be handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

All disputes related to the use of our official accounts and this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance.
