Ingredients

洋蔥 40g
培根 40g
香菇 20g
杏鮑菇 20g
義大利麵(冷凍) 200g
細蔥 5g
牛奶 30ml
胡椒 0.05g
温泉蛋 50g
〈調味料〉
味滋康 練芝麻醬 60ml
味滋康 雞昆布鰹魚淡色調味露 6.75ml

Instructions

  1. 洋蔥切1cm寬片,培根切1.5cm片狀.香菇和杏鮑菇切片.細蔥切蔥花。
  2. 混合「味滋康 練芝麻醬」,牛奶,「雞昆布鰹魚淡色調味露」。(比例為「味滋康 練芝麻醬」和牛奶加起來20cc :「雞昆布鰹魚淡色調味露」1.5cc)。
  3. 開火炒培根, 等炒出培根油份後,加入洋蔥,香菇,杏鮑菇繼續炒。
  4. 煮熟義大利麵,煮好用濾網瀝去多餘水分。
  5. ③的鍋內再放入④和②後炒至入味,最後撒上胡椒調味。
  6. 把麵盛裝入盤內,上面放個溫泉蛋再撒些蔥花。
