牛肉薄片 200g
洋蔥 1/2個
生薑 適量
<調味料>
味滋康 鰹魚調味露®2倍 1/2杯
水 1/2杯

Instructions

  1. 牛肉片切成一口大小、洋蔥切2cm寬半月片。
  2. 鍋中放入<調味料>和生薑細絲後煮滾、再放入①煮至入味。
