白菜 1/4個
豬肉 涮涮鍋用 300g
洋蔥  1個
馬鈴薯 1個
香菇  1包
水菜  1/2袋
紅蘿蔔 1/4本
<調味料>
味滋康 海陸鍋高湯 1袋
咖哩塊 1~2片(市售)

Instructions

  1. 白菜和馬鈴薯切成一口大小,洋蔥切1 cm寬,鴻禧菇掰成一小束。紅蘿蔔切成花狀,水菜切5 cm長。
  2. 將「海陸鍋高湯」煮沸、從不容易煮熟的食材依序加進鍋裡。
  3. 馬鈴薯煮熟後,再放入咖哩塊。
