杏鮑菇 50g
鴻喜菇 40g
骰子牛 100g
奶油 10g
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁(業務用) 15ml
青蔥 適量

Instructions

  1. [1]鴻喜菇的切除根後掰成小塊,杏鮑菇切成一口大小.
  2. [2]加熱過的平底鍋裡放奶油煎骰子牛.表面上色再放入菇類一起炒,等食材都炒熟後再加入柑橘醋醬汁.
