Ingredients

蛤蜊  250g
高麗菜  1/4個
生薑  1片
紅辣椒 (切成圓片) 適量
【A】
鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁® 大匙3
酒 大匙4

Instructions

  1. [1] 蛤蜊放入調成跟海水一樣鹹的水內吐沙乾淨後,蛤蜊沖水搓洗將外殼洗乾淨。
  2. [2] 高麗菜切成條狀,薑切絲。
  3. [3] 鍋中倒入【A】、蛤蜊、薑、紅辣椒,再將高麗菜放在上面,蓋上鍋蓋,用中火加熱8分鐘。
  4. [4] 蛤蜊張開口,高麗菜煮熟出水後,起鍋前稍微攪拌一下,盛入碗中。
  5. ※烹飪時間不包括去除蛤蜊上的沙子所需的時間。
