青椒  6個
沙拉油  1茶匙
鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁®  2湯匙

Instructions

  1. [1] 青椒用手掌壓碎,豬肉片仔細一片片無縫隙地捲起,輕輕握住青椒將的肉片緊緊地包覆在上面。
  2. [2] 在平底鍋中倒沙拉油後開火加熱,將 [1] 卷起來的邊腳朝鍋底依序排列,時不時按壓肉捲煎熟, 等到煎至焦黃,青椒變軟後用紙巾擦去鍋中多餘的油分,加入“鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁”,炒至收汁。
