Instructions

  1. [長葱切斜段、胡蘿蔔切細絲。
  2. 將「芝麻豆乳鍋高湯」搖勻後倒入鍋中,開火煮滾後,放入葱、胡蘿蔔、鴻喜菇。待蔬菜煮熟後,放入要涮的豬肉片或牛肉片稍微涮一下。
  3. 烏龍麵煮熟後,裝入碗內,再將[2]淋在上面。食用前可依個人喜好搭配紫蘇葉細絲或葱花點綴。
