Ingredients

豬里肌薄片 250g
洋蔥 1/2個
沙拉油 1大匙
<調味料>
味滋康 鰹魚調味露風2倍 4大匙
番茄醬 2大匙
<個人喜好配料>
萵苣 適量
小番茄 適量

Instructions

  1. 把洋蔥切成1cm大小薄片。<調味料>的材料混和均勻。
  2. 平底鍋放沙拉油後開火加熱後煎豬肉,煎至表面微焦,放入洋蔥炒到洋蔥變軟。
  3. 用餐巾紙擦去鍋中多餘的油,加上<調味料>炒至食材都入味。
  4. 把[3]盛入盤內, 一旁放上<個人喜好配料>。
