Ingredients

中華麵(生):120g
火腿肉:18g
小黃瓜:1/4根
番茄:1/8個
雞蛋:1/2個
<調味料>
鹽:0.1g
砂糖:1.5g
水:7.5ml
<涼麵醬汁>
味滋康 穀物醋:22.5ml
醬油膏:22.5ml
砂糖:1.5g,
水:30ml
麻油:6g
芝麻粒:1.5g

Instructions

  1. ①火腿和小黃瓜切成細絲、番茄切成薄月牙片狀。
  2. 雞蛋打散加入<調味料>混合均勻。  
  3. 平底鍋加入沙拉油開火加熱、用紙巾抹去多餘油份。
  4. 倒入蛋液後翻轉平底鍋讓蛋液流動變成蛋皮、快速翻面使蛋皮兩面煎熟後取出、放置於平坦的篩子或容器待冷卻。冷卻後切成蛋絲。
  5. ②中華麵依照包裝表示時間煮熟麵, 準備冷開水將麵放入,冷卻後立即撈起並瀝除多餘水分。
  6. ③②盛裝入碗內、將①色彩繽紛地依序擺在上面。最後澆淋上<涼麵醬汁>, 灑上芝麻。
