Ingredients

豬肉 (切成方塊) (200g)
蘆筍 (綠的) (7~8根)
大蒜 (切成碎末) (1/2片份)
 
<A>
味滋康™ 柑橘醋醬汁® (2大匙)
花生醬 (2大匙)
 
橄欖油 (1小匙)

Instructions

  1. 蘆筍先薄薄削去根部外皮粗纖維,再斜刀切成4公分長段。加入 <A> 充分混合均勻。
  2. 平底鍋中倒入橄欖油和大蒜,中火炒約1分鐘至大蒜稍微呈金黃色散發出香氣。
  3. 加入豬肉,當其大約70~80%變白時,加入蘆筍炒約2分鐘,然後加入 <A> 再翻炒一下使之入味。

      *請使用Peanut butter(花生醬 加糖型),不是Peanut cream(花生醬)。建議使用帶顆粒的。
