Ingredients

烏龍麵 2球
豬五花肉 100g
高麗菜 2枚
紅蘿蔔 1/4本
沙拉油 大さじ1
味滋康 鰹魚調味露2倍 大さじ4
柴魚片 適量

Instructions

  1. 將豬五花肉和高麗菜切成容易入口大小。
  2. 在平底鍋裡加熱沙拉油,炒熱豬肉。肉熟後放入高麗菜再繼續加熱至熟。
  3. 烏龍麵按照包裝寫的時間煮熟,煮好的烏龍麵再放入平底鍋,均勻炒一下。最後加入“味滋康鰹魚調味露2倍”,拌炒讓味道融入。盛裝入盤子內,撒上柴魚片。
