Ingredients

雞翅 (16 支)
水煮蛋 (4 個)
綠花野菜 (適量)
姜 (20g)
蒜 (2片)
 
<調味料>
穀物醋 (1 杯)
醬油 (1 杯)
水 (1/2 杯)
砂糖 (6大匙)

Instructions

  1. 雞翅旁取出水分擦乾。
  2. 姜不去除皮直接切薄片,大蒜壓扁。
  3. 使用不鏽鋼或是樹脂加工的鍋子裡放入和[2]燉煮。
  4. 燉煮後加入[1]和剝殼的水煮蛋,蓋上鍋蓋後以中火燉煮20分鐘。
  5. 把加入鹽川燙後的花野菜與[4]盛盤。
