Ingredients

雞腿肉 250g
白菜 1/8個
蔥 2根
紅蘿蔔 1/4根
水菜 1/4袋
鴻喜菇 1包
葛粉條 15g
嫩豆腐 1塊
豆皮 2片
味滋康 烤飛魚鍋高湯 1袋

Instructions

  1. 將雞腿肉和白菜切成好入口大小,蔥斜刀切成段,胡蘿蔔切成半月型塊狀。鴻喜菇去蒂掰成小塊, 葛粉條用熱水泡發, 其他食材也都切成好入口大小。
  2. 將“味滋康 烤飛魚鍋高湯”倒入鍋中煮。煮沸後,放入除水菜之外的其他食材煮至熟透。
  3. 最後加入水菜煮一下就馬上熄火。
  4. 可依個人喜好加入大頭菜入鍋燉煮享用。
