Ingredients

豬肉薄片 160g
蘿蔔 6cm左右(240g)
香油 1大匙
味滋康 柑橘醋醬  2大匙
或是
"味滋康 柑橘醋醬MILD  " 2大匙
青蔥 (切蔥花) 需要在使用

Instructions

  1. [1] 豬肉切好入口大小。蘿蔔切1mm左右的厚片再切成四分之一。
  2. [2] 在平底鍋裏倒入麻油,用略大的中火炒豬肉。炒熟且豬肉表面有焦黃痕後,放入蘿蔔炒一下。
  3. [3] 蘿蔔炒至略透明且表面有輕微的鄉黃痕後,用紙巾擦掉鍋內多餘的油和水分。
  4. [4] 將「柑橘醋醬汁」倒入平底鍋中調味,炒至食材整體味道融合即可。
  5. [5] [4]盛在盤子裏,撒上蔥花。
