Ingredients

雞腿肉 1塊(280g)
沙拉油 1小匙
味滋康 穀物醋 5大匙
糖 4大匙
鹽 1小匙
高麗菜 1片
小番茄 6顆

Instructions

  1. ①平底鍋上倒入沙拉油開火加熱,雞肉有皮的部分朝下先煎.煎至焦黃色就翻過來,蓋上蓋子煎1分鐘左右。
  2. ②用紙巾擦去多餘的油分,加上拌勻的轉稍強的中火煮,湯汁煮滾後調回中火繼續煮5分鐘.當湯汁變濃稠後轉小火,翻炒兩三次讓湯汁轉呈黃色並均勻裹上雞肉.
  3. ③雞肉切成好入口的大小,和一起盛裝入盤子上,淋上湯汁.
