Ingredients

紅蘿蔔 (2 根)
鮪魚罐頭 (1 罐)
 
<簡單三杯醋>
米醋 (2大匙)
滋優鮮露(鰹魚) (2大匙)
水 (1大匙)
 
土佐醋
 
醋漬用黑醋

Instructions

  1. 紅蘿蔔切成細絲。
  2. 平底鍋裡倒入鮪魚罐頭之油加熱,炒紅蘿蔔與鮪魚。
  3. 盛盤後,等冷一些後灑上白芝麻,淋上<簡單三杯醋>。

      ※使用味滋康土佐醋或味滋康黑醋也可已一樣好吃!
