番茄 1個
香腸 2條
長蔥 1根
雞蛋 2個
牛乳 2大匙
鹽,胡椒 少量
橄欖油 1大匙
味滋康 練芝麻 2大匙

Instructions

  1. 將番茄切成6等份,再橫切對半。香腸斜著切分成六等分。把蔥斜著切薄。
  2. 混合雞蛋,牛奶,鹽和胡椒。
  3. 將橄欖油倒入平底鍋中加熱,加熱炒番茄和香腸,稍微加熱後,再加入長蔥繼續炒。
