洋蔥 40g
培根 40g
香菇 20g
杏鮑菇 20g
義大利麵(冷凍) 200g
細蔥 5g
牛奶 30ml
胡椒 0.05g
温泉蛋 50g
〈調味料〉
味滋康 練芝麻醬 60ml
味滋康 雞昆布鰹魚淡色調味露 6.75ml
Instructions
- 洋蔥切1cm寬片,培根切1.5cm片狀.香菇和杏鮑菇切片.細蔥切蔥花。
- 混合「味滋康 練芝麻醬」,牛奶,「雞昆布鰹魚淡色調味露」。(比例為「味滋康 練芝麻醬」和牛奶加起來20cc :「雞昆布鰹魚淡色調味露」1.5cc)。
- 開火炒培根, 等炒出培根油份後,加入洋蔥,香菇,杏鮑菇繼續炒。
- 煮熟義大利麵,煮好用濾網瀝去多餘水分。
- ③的鍋內再放入④和②後炒至入味,最後撒上胡椒調味。
- 把麵盛裝入盤內,上面放個溫泉蛋再撒些蔥花。
