- [1] 雞肉切好入口大小後放入塑膠袋,加入「鰹魚調味露二倍」2大匙後搓揉入味。黃椒,青椒切滾刀塊.
- [2] 平底鍋裡放入「義大利麵醬 番茄肉醬」,把[1]擺在鍋中後開火加熱.
