味滋康 鰹魚調味露®2倍 1/2杯

Instructions

  1. ①洋蔥切薄片、豬排切2cm寬片。
  2. ②鍋中放入<調味料>煮滾, 再放入洋蔥。把豬排也入鍋略煮後,淋一半打好的蛋液就開大火煮滾, 等鍋底蛋液煮凝, 再把剩下的蛋液倒入並蓋上鍋蓋讓蛋液煮至半熟.
  3. ③丼碗盛入白飯、兩碗各放入一半煮好的料。可依個人喜好放些水煮青豆點綴丼飯。
