水菜 150g
金針菇 100g
拉麵 (冷凍) 200g
味滋康 雞昆布鰹魚淡色調味露 50ml
水 700ml
豬肉片 涮涮鍋用 300g
<調味料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 適量
或是
味滋康 芝麻醬(練芝麻) 適量

Instructions

  1. "[1] 將高麗菜和胡蘿蔔切絲,洋蔥順著纖維切薄片,水菜去根部後切半。金針菇根部去蒂掰鬆。〆結尾料理用的拉麵先煮熟撈起後備用。
  2. [2] 用水稀釋「雞昆布鰹魚高湯」,倒進鍋裡。
  3. [3] 把準備好的蔬菜及菇類放進鍋內煮熟,豬肉片要吃時入鍋涮一下、夾起豬肉片和蔬菜蘸「味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁」或是「味滋康 練芝麻)」享用。"
