Ingredients

米 (3杯)
雞絞肉 (200g)
生薑 (1片)
鰹魚調味露二倍 (3/4杯)
沙拉油 (適量)
蔥末 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 平底鍋熱鍋後倒入沙拉油,生薑切末後與雞絞肉拌炒作成雞鬆。倒入「鰹魚調味露兩倍」轉小火稍作拌炒。關火後先放涼,再用篩子把料與汁分開。
  2. 電鍋放入洗好的米,把[1]瀝好的汁倒入,再加入平常的水量,最後於最上面鋪上[1]的料後開始煮。
  3. [電鍋跳起後撒上蔥末即大功告成!
