義大利麵條 (200g)
培根 (2片)
高麗菜 (2片)
洋蔥 (1/2個)
橄欖油 (1~2大匙)
紅色辣椒 (切成圈狀) (少許)
大蒜 (碎末) (1瓣量)
味滋康™ 柑橘醋醬汁® (4大匙)
Instructions
- 用煮麵鍋煮沸大量的水並放入適當的鹽(份量外),然後按照包裝上標示的時間煮義大利麵條。
- 將培根和洋蔥切成1公分寬、白菜切成3公分見方小塊。
- 將橄欖油、切碎的大蒜和紅色辣椒放入平底鍋中,並用小火炒至香氣散發出來。當香氣散發時,放入[2]一起炒。
- 將煮好的義大利麵條放入[3]的平底鍋中,整體都稍微裹上油時添加「柑橘醋醬汁」,大略混合後關火。用餘熱再炒一下,然後裝盤。
